Can I make my monthly payments in the office?
The Insurance Companies request that you make your monthly payments directly to them, however, if your policy is in danger of cancellation, you may come in to our office to make the installment.

Can I make a change on my policy over the phone?
Most changes can be made over the telephone or by fax, however, there are certain auto policy changes that require a physical inspection of your vehicle so our staff may require you to come in to the agency. In all cases, you must speak to a representative of our agency to make a change to your policy.

When will my coverage begin?
We can make your policy effective any day you request, even the same day!

Do I have to come in to your office to start my policy?
Only auto insurance clients have to come in to the agency to start the policy. All other forms of insurance can be placed in force by utilizing a fax machine or email.

What do I need to bring with me when I take out an auto policy?
Copies of drivers licenses for all operators, registrations for all vehicles, proof of current insurance (if applicable), proof of homeownership (if applicable), and please bring in your vehicle for inspection if you are obtaining full coverage.
